The perfect pick

Samuel Villiger, Head of Sales at Fromages Spielhofer, provides exclusive insights into the selection process for the World Cheese Awards:
How do you recognise an outstanding cheese? Who makes the decisions? And what makes a cheese really worthy of an award? Answers to these and other exciting questions can be found in the video.

Huge opportunity for Swiss soft cheese

In the past, taking part in the World Cheese Awards has presented Swiss soft cheese producers with major challenges, mainly due to logistical hurdles such as shipping and long transport routes. The first World Cheese Awards in Bern is a great opportunity to showcase the quality and diversity of Swiss soft cheese on an international stage. This is something that Darja Moser, Sales and Marketing Specialist at bonCas, is also very pleased about.
