Clearly, there’s a direct connection between cheese and smiling. Which doesn’t surprise us in the slightest – after all, cheese lifts your spirits and talking about cheese without a sense of pleasure is quite a challenge, isn’t it?
To find out if this really is the case, we’re travelling around Switzerland with a Photo Box and have a challenge for you: Try to say cheese without a smile!

The competition
With your photo you will receive free admission for one person to the World Cheese Awards (the QR code for admission is printed directly ON your photo). And when you’re there, you’ll be in with a chance for another fantastic prize: visit our stand at the Swiss Fine Food Market in the new Festival Hall and find out if you’ve won the Coop shopping voucher worth NEARLY CHF 5000 or one of the many other prizes.

The grand prize
The grand prize is a Coop shopping voucher equal in value to the number of cheeses entered for this year’s World Cheese Awards. In 2024 in Portugal, 4786 cheeses were submitted. So whatever happens, this prize will definitely be BIG!
