The World Cheese Awards is the international cheese event. This year, cheesemakers, retailers and buyers met up in Viseu (Portugal), where a 240-strong international jury assessed 4786 different cheeses from 47 countries. Several cheeses from Switzerland also took top spots in the rankings.
